Description:

• PerfectServe is a leading provider of clinical communication and physician scheduling solutions in the health IT space.
• The QA Engineer will ensure the quality, reliability, and safety of products through rigorous manual and automated testing in a healthcare SaaS environment.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of professional QA engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with test cases, defect documentation, test automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration.
• Understanding of QA methodologies and quality metrics.
• Clear communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Preferred: Experience in a HIPAA/HITRUST-regulated environment, performance and security testing, and building test frameworks.
