What You’ll Own
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
Source qualified candidates through:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Job boards
- Internal databases
- Referrals
- Outbound sourcing campaigns
Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive talent.
Develop sourcing strategies tailored to each role and client.
Continuously identify new talent pools and sourcing opportunities.
Candidate Screening & Evaluation
Conduct recruiter phone and video interviews.
Assess candidates based on:
- Communication skills
- Professionalism
- Technical qualifications
- Cultural fit
- Career goals
Evaluate candidate quality and readiness for client interviews.
Maintain detailed interview notes and evaluations.
Recruitment Process Management
- Manage multiple active searches simultaneously.
- Coordinate candidates through every stage of the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and pipeline updates.
- Ensure hiring processes move efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Client & Internal Collaboration
Partner closely with Account Managers and leadership to understand hiring requirements.
Present fully vetted candidate profiles including:
- Resume
- Interview notes
- Salary expectations
- Video recordings
Adjust sourcing strategies based on client feedback and market conditions.
Support urgent hiring requests across multiple industries.
Candidate Experience
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Keep candidates informed on interview progress and next steps.
- Build strong relationships to maximize engagement and availability.
- Deliver a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience
2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Experience in agency, staffing, or offshore recruitment environments.
Experience recruiting for roles such as:
- Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Executive Assistants
- Customer Support
- Marketing
- Operations
- Technical positions
