Working Hours: U.S. Client Business Hours (flexibility required for interviews and candidate availability)

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.

This is a hands-on talent acquisition role where you’ll build strong candidate pipelines, engage top talent, partner with hiring managers, and drive efficient hiring processes across multiple industries and business functions.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring hiring moves quickly without compromising quality, while delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

What You’ll Own

Hiring Strategy & Role Planning

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, ideal candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities.
  • Develop sourcing strategies based on market conditions and hiring urgency.
  • Write clear, SEO-optimized job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
  • Advise stakeholders on hiring timelines, market trends, and talent availability.

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Build qualified talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job boards.
  • Source passive candidates using Boolean search techniques and outbound outreach.
  • Maintain active candidate pipelines across multiple open positions.
  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies and response rates.

Candidate Screening & Assessment

  • Conduct structured phone and video interviews.
  • Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Utilize behavioral interviewing and competency-based assessment techniques.
  • Coordinate assessments, case studies, or technical evaluations when required.

Candidate Experience

  • Manage candidate communication from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Ensure timely responses, clear expectations, and consistent follow-up.
  • Represent both the client and employer brand professionally throughout the hiring process.
  • Deliver a positive, transparent, and engaging candidate experience.

Interview Coordination & Hiring Support

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare candidates for interview stages.
  • Gather structured interview feedback from hiring teams.
  • Facilitate hiring discussions and support decision-making.

Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Prepare and present employment offers.
  • Support offer negotiations professionally.
  • Coordinate pre-onboarding activities and smooth candidate transitions.
  • Maintain communication through the onboarding process.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

  • Manage hiring workflows within ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, iCIMS, or similar systems.
