We’re hiring a Regional Recruiting Manager to support our Operations Field Recruiting and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This position is fully remote.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6+ Regional Recruiters. Responsible for individual and team KPI measurement and attainment
- Responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting across an assigned region or vertical. Be a subject matter expert for your roles and market
- Develop relationships with operations leaders to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates
- Help to maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other designations
- Consistently ensure that recruiting practices are in compliance with current legal standards
- Lead future hiring process optimizations and best practices

Skills & Qualifications
- Proven leadership background, experience driving team atmosphere and performance, coaching and training team members
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategy to include job boards, sourcing tools and other candidate messaging platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed/Glassdoor and Grayscale
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
