Role Overview
As a Regional Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering technical product presentations and demonstrations, configuring product installations and customizations, and collaborating with the Product Management team. You will work as a Trusted Advisor within our prospects and customers to gain mind-share and ensure project success.
What You Will Do
Deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations, configure product installations and customisations, collaborate with Product Management team, provide informal training to Sales team, work as a Trusted Advisor within prospects and customers.

Requirements
- Experienced in endpoint or network security space
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Can easily articulate complex security problems to a diverse set of audiences
- Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Can work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Sales engineering background or + years of relevant work experience in West Africa
- Ability to travel as required to West Africa region
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies
