Job Responsibilities
Sales Process Optimisation: Maintain sales process documentation and playbooks. Identify high-impact opportunities for automation within the sales funnel.
Revenue Analytics & Insights: Update and maintain existing operational dashboards. Implement AI-assisted automations to generate insights to leadership.
Sales Strategy & Planning: Provide data and analysis to support strategic planning and the annual operations roadmap.
Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Contribute to the weekly forecasting process by validating data. Enhance forecast accuracy using automated signal-tracking and pipeline hygiene triggers.
Commercial Operations & Standardization: Ideate, build and execute sales plays and growth strategies that are scalable and support business objectives.
CRM & Tech Stack Management: Serve as a go-to resource for day-to-day Hubspot CRM support. Actively use AI tools to solution-build, troubleshoot logic, and automate repetitive admin tasks within the tech stack.
Sales Enablement: Support sales enablement initiatives by updating training materials and maintaining the sales collateral library.
Lead Management: Administer day-to-day lead assignment and routing processes. Develop "agentic" routing logic that adapts to seller capacity and lead quality signals.
Data Integrity & Governance: Execute regular data cleanup tasks. Use advanced queries and scripts to automate the detection of data inconsistencies before they impact reporting.
Commission Administration: Handle administrative tasks for sales incentive plans by pulling performance data and preparing reports for calculation and review.
Programme & Project Management: Contribute to operational projects by completing assigned tasks, tracking progress, and providing status updates.
