Description:

• Own and evolve the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) layer and agentic AI capabilities.
• Design, build, and optimize systems connecting large language models to high-quality data for intelligent actions in workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and deliver agentic AI use cases and shape the AI roadmap.

Requirements:

• Experience building or maintaining RAG systems in production environments.
• Knowledge of hybrid search, evaluation frameworks, and integration with enterprise tools (CRM, ERP).
• Strong knowledge of search technologies (Azure AI Search, Elasticsearch).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI system designs and balance experimentation with reliability.
• Must have the right to work in the USA without restrictions.
