Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Creative/Marketing Producer in IT, digital agency, or performance marketing (Facebook ads video, vertical format).
• Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and propose improvements.
• Proficient in research, understanding audiences, competitors, and product needs.
• Knowledge of advertising platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google) and performance marketing principles.
• Experience in static and video production from concept to approval.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian.
