Description:
- Seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the Chat Group at SmartRecruiters, focusing on intelligent conversational systems for recruiting.
- Role involves designing and developing agentic workflows using ML, NLP, and AI to enhance recruiting efficiency and personalization.
Requirements:
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, NLP, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning systems in production.
- Expertise in NLP techniques, LLM fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and ML tools (e.g., scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
- Advanced Python programming skills and solid software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with end-to-end ML pipelines and familiarity with chatbots or conversational AI preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
