Description:

• Seeking a Senior Automation QA Engineer (Python) to test the backend of a customer’s CCaaS solution.
• Responsibilities include supporting and improving test automation, troubleshooting defects, and validating new features for system stability and compatibility.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with version control, bug-tracking, and test management systems.
• Experience in back-end, API, or microservices testing.
• Basic log analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Practical experience with databases (MySQL or similar) and basic UNIX/Linux knowledge.
