Description:
- Join Constructor, a next-generation ecommerce search and discovery platform focused on optimizing revenue, conversion rates, and profit.
- Work with an in-house built search engine utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, powering over 1 billion queries daily across 150 languages.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in building and owning production backend services in Python.
- Proficient in SQL and comfortable with data-heavy systems (analytics, metrics, logging).
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and debugging user-facing systems.
- Ability to deliver maintainable software (tests, code review, incremental delivery).
- Nice to have: Knowledge of SEO, experience with APIs & auth, working with non-structured data, building data integrations, and understanding ETL/ELT workflows on PySpark.
