Description:

• Provide technical leadership, training, and consulting for Professional Services employees in the Student module area.
• Offer technical and functional consulting/problem resolution for Jenzabar One clients.
• Understand Professional Services processes, Student Information Systems, and higher education regulations.

Requirements:

• BS, BA Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience, with at least 4 years in Higher Education.
• Experience with Jenzabar’s J1 Student Information System/ERP, particularly in Admissions, Registrar, Advising, and Student Life.
• Advanced SQL programming skills and software troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven effective listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and translate technical concepts to functional users.

Benefits:

• Pay range: $65,000-$78,000/year, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
