Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Counsel to join our legal team. This role will serve as a hands-on legal advisor and counselor supporting the company’s artificial intelligence (AI) and data initiatives. The Senior Counsel will provide legal advice and risk assessment related to AI and data use across the enterprise.
What You Will Do
Provide expert legal counsel to various business units, draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, identify, analyze, and assess legal risks and provide proactive advice, and collaborate effectively with other members of the Legal and Compliance function and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 10-12+ years of relevant legal experience, including experience in a similar role advising on technology, AI, data, or intellectual property matters, and a strong ability to assess legal issues related to AI, data, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from accredited law school
- 10 - 12+ years of relevant legal experience
- Strong ability to assess legal issues related to AI, data, and emerging technologies
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional legal matters and drive issues to resolution
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver practical, business-oriented legal guidance
