Description:
- Support a portfolio of clients by managing technical details of implementation, onboarding, adoption, and growth.
- Guide clients in defining requirements and creating innovative solutions to achieve their goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in developing, implementing, or managing digital solutions.
- Preferred experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting.
- Proficiency in web technologies, analytics, front-end development, and UX/UI best practices.
- Development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with React, Angular, Vue, or native mobile is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with digital analytics solutions (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Strong project and time management skills; ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
- Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 base salary, bonus eligible.
