Description:

• Responsible for laying the foundation for a best-in-class analytics function at Vanta.
• Partner with engineering team and business stakeholders to ensure analytics stack meets business needs.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience working with data and 2 years in Software Engineering or related field.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Stitch/Fivetran, Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, dbt, Airflow, Dagster).
• Good knowledge of AWS data infrastructure systems and Terraform.
• System-oriented mindset with a focus on building frameworks for data management.
• Deep knowledge of dimensional and fact models in modern data practices.
• Passion for enhancing developer experience with data.
• Desire to lead in security, anonymization, and compliance in data warehousing.
• Open to using AI to improve efficiency and impact.
