Description:

• Lead the Dedicated Tenant Site Reliability Engineering organization within Ping Identity's Cloud Services.
• Drive complex initiatives across engineering and adjacent organizations to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.
• Build and grow the organization, focusing on staffing, talent development, and culture.
• Set direction for service delivery and operational improvements, utilizing organizational metrics for performance analysis.
• Oversee operational capabilities for large-scale production services, including automation and incident management.
• Collaborate with various teams to manage dependencies and improve service delivery effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in leading software-focused Site Reliability Engineering or cloud operations in a global environment.
• Proven success in executing complex initiatives with external stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional programs.
• Deep expertise in software delivery, operational strategy, and managing high-volume production services.
• Experience with infrastructure tooling, cloud-native technologies, and security design principles.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on mentoring and culture building.
