Description:

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Python (FastAPI), and Java for enterprise applications.
• Build and integrate backend services with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Automate identity and access management tasks to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of solutions with a focus on security and customer needs.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Java, and Python (FastAPI).
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and integration concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Regular use of AI tools for productivity and decision-making.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly and validate outputs.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of SQL, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, DevOps practices, and familiarity with banking processes; German language is a plus.
