Description
The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Paid Search Manager to lead strategy and execution across sophisticated enterprise accounts within Wpromote’s growing B2B practice. This individual contributor (IC) role will serve as a strategic partner to clients, helping drive performance through thoughtful planning, hands-on optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate brings experience managing complex paid search programs within agency environments and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. You’ll oversee enterprise search initiatives across multiple campaigns, products, and audiences while partnering closely with Client Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and other channel teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Experience supporting SaaS, fintech, HR/payroll, cybersecurity, cloud technology, or other B2B organizations is strongly preferred.
Preferred candidates will be located in PT or CT time zones to support team and client collaboration; ET candidates will also be considered for the right fit.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $84,000 - $100,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions
