What You Will Do

Drive the development and execution of strategic market development initiatives to accelerate the adoption and growth of the Robotic Surgical Technologies (RST) portfolio across Germany. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive insights to support business growth and inform strategic decision-making.

Several years of experience in market development, strategic marketing, business development, or a comparable commercial role, ideally within the medical device, healthcare, or MedTech industry. Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into impactful business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in market development, strategic marketing, business development, or a comparable commercial role
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
