We’re building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets(each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps.
The Team
We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals, including 80+ engineers. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus. Many of our developers bring 5 - 10+ years of experience, and we foster a culture of deep technical curiosity and knowledge sharing.

About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, Events with deep AI operator expertise to join our Operations team and support internal company events, employee experience initiatives, travel-related operations, and internal communications.
This is a senior individual contributor role. The person will not directly manage the team, but will act as an end-to-end project owner across People Experience initiatives, ensuring that projects move fast, stakeholders are aligned, timelines are clear, and execution is strong.
This role is ideal for someone with strong project management experience, an operational mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote tech company.
The role requires working hours aligned with the US timezone. Working schedule is 2:00 PM–11:00 PM CET.
About the Team
The People Experience team is responsible for internal events, travel, swag, employee engagement initiatives, and internal company experience.
The team currently includes:
- Senior Travel & Events Manager — owns travel operations, logistics, policies, vendor communication, and stakeholder support.
- Senior People Operations Specialist — owns swag, internal team events, employee engagement activities, competitions, and related initiatives.
We are looking for a senior project manager who can connect these areas together and own event projects end-to-end.
