Description:

3Pillar is seeking a Senior Python Software Engineer to modernize their core platform and tackle complex technical challenges.
The role involves designing scalable AI workflows, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with product and engineering leadership.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in software engineering with a focus on Python and distributed systems.
Proven ability to manage technical features from design to production with minimal supervision.
Deep understanding of system design and architecture, with expertise in Git, Python package management, and unit testing.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Agile methodologies, and relational databases.
Proficiency in English and familiarity with frontend/backend application development.
