Description:
- Evaluate the quality of interactions with AI coding agents like OpenAI Codex and Claude Code.
- Assess AI-generated coding interactions focusing on engineering judgment and response quality.
Requirements:
- Staff/Principal-level engineer or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor.
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows.
- Ability to provide direct, opinionated feedback on AI interactions.
Benefits:
