Description:
- Join a global team of IT professionals at Dev.Pro, a remote-first company, to build and modernize a SaaS platform for the quick-service restaurant industry.
- Contribute to platform modernization, including migration from Java 8 to Java 17 and MySQL upgrades.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in developing scalable Java backend applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8 through Java 17, multithreading, and concurrency.
- Proficient in MySQL or other relational databases, unit testing with JUnit and Mockito, and cloud platforms (preferably GCP).
- Experience with Kubernetes, troubleshooting complex applications, Linux, and shell scripting.
- Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional Scrum teams; Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
- Desirable: Experience with Groovy, Gradle, CI/CD pipelines, and Java version migrations.
