Description:

• Serve as the technical anchor for Clutch's real-time lending decisioning engine.
• Collaborate with Product and Credit teams to set technical vision and own system architecture.
• Navigate ambiguity, frame problems, and document key technical decisions.
• Mentor team members and promote AI-assisted engineering practices.

Requirements:

• Strong product-oriented mindset linking technical decisions to business impact.
• Proven experience owning significant features or systems end-to-end in production.
• Strong system and architectural design skills with sound judgment.
• Ability to operate under ambiguity and provide clear root-cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaborative working style.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English skills, both spoken and written.
• Nice-to-haves: experience with loan origination systems and building custom AI tooling.
