Job Summary
The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic talent sourcing initiatives to build robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions across the organization. This role leads the sourcing function, drives market intelligence, employer branding partnerships, talent mapping, and proactive candidate engagement while continuously improving sourcing strategies, tools, and processes. The Sourcing Manager partners closely with recruiters, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to ensure a sustainable pipeline of high-quality talent aligned with current and future workforce needs.Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Sourcing
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide sourcing strategies aligned with workforce planning and business priorities.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for executive, technical, leadership, and niche positions.
- Conduct talent mapping and competitor intelligence to identify high-potential candidates and target organizations.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, talent communities, and research databases.
- Identify new and innovative sourcing methodologies to improve candidate reach and diversity.
Candidate Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain segmented talent pools for recurring and critical positions.
- Develop candidate engagement campaigns to nurture passive talent.
- Maintain an updated database of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
- Ensure candidate data integrity within the ATS and CRM.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with recruiters to understand hiring requirements and sourcing priorities.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders on workforce planning and talent availability.
- Support executive search requirements for leadership positions.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activities.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Partner with Employer Branding and Marketing teams to strengthen the organization's employer value proposition.
- Represent the company in career fairs, industry conferences, networking events, and university engagements.
- Build strategic partnerships with universities, professional organizations, and industry associations.
- Promote the organization across digital and social recruiting platforms.
Process Improvement & Analytics
- Monitor sourcing effectiveness using recruitment metrics and dashboards.
- Analyze sourcing channel performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Recommend improvements to sourcing processes, technology, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Ensure sourcing practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and data privacy regulations.
