Description:

• Develop resolutions to critical issues using professional concepts.
• Train and fine-tune models with LoRA and other techniques.
• Design, train, and evaluate multimodal models from scratch.
• Apply reinforcement learning for model optimization.
• Experience with audio/speech ML tasks like speaker diarization.
• Deploy and maintain distributed systems in cloud environments.
• Optimize inference pipelines using TensorRT, quantization, and pruning.
• Monitor models in production, addressing data drift and failures.
• Gather, clean, and curate data for high-quality datasets.
• Work with a gated, continuous deployment workflow.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations to optimize workflows.

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of digital and broadcast production operations.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS cloud.
• 1+ years of experience with Azure cloud.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Experience with the C4 model and traditional design artifacts.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• 7+ years of programming experience in Java, Golang, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with broadcast production or video content management systems.
• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
