Description:

• Build a best-in-class web experience for sophisticated retail traders on a new, AI-native active trading platform.
• Ship core active trading workflows including order entry, positions/holdings, blotter/activity, watchlists, alerts, and high-information-density views.
• Develop AI-native UI patterns that earn trust and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define features and drive projects to completion.
• Work closely with backend engineers to design contracts for low-latency trading interactions.
• Gain a deep understanding of the markets/trading domain to create intuitive UX.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience with strong proficiency in any programming language; TypeScript/React preferred.
• Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals and practical UI engineering.
• Experience building complex, data-dense product surfaces like dashboards or trading workflows.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to develop product ideas and deliver end-to-end.
• High degree of self-motivation and problem-solving skills.

Benefits:

• Base salary range of $200,000 - $350,000, based on experience and location.
