Description:
- Full-Time, Remote position for a Senior Support Network Engineer at Pavago.
- Support and maintain ISP and fixed wireless network infrastructure while providing technical support to U.S.-based B2B customers.
Requirements:
- Strong networking expertise and excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with MikroTik and Cisco routers and switches, fixed wireless technologies, and dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Previous experience in customer-facing technical support roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
