Description:

• Join Qonto as a Senior Backend Engineer to develop AI-powered tooling for financial crime compliance teams.
• Work remotely from France, Germany, Spain, or Italy, contributing to a product that supports the path to a full banking license.

Requirements:

• Experience integrating AI (Claude, OpenAI, or open-source) into production systems as a core component.
• Strong backend development skills, particularly in large-scale web application architecture, ideally with Python.
• Ability to make independent architectural decisions and articulate trade-offs.
• Comfortable managing the full product cycle without a dedicated PM, including scoping, prioritizing, and measuring success.
