4-5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • Strong experience in: • ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) • CSM (Customer Service Management) Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.) • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
