Role Overview
Lead the design and delivery of transformational platform implementations, partnering with IT leadership, ServiceNow developer teams, and business stakeholders to translate organizational imperatives into scalable, value-driven ServiceNow solutions.
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and implementation strategy; direct delivery teams on complex, multi-module implementations; engage C-suite and IT leadership to define strategic platform vision and business outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform Expertise
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Master Architect (CMA) certifications
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO), Software Asset Management (SAM) modules, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), SPM, or AI
- Strong knowledge of core ServiceNow platform capabilities: application configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft), workflow design, and data modeling
