Description:

Join GroundTruth's Ad Serving Team to build large-scale, high-traffic backend systems for location-based advertising.
Design, build, and operate reliable backend services, focusing on performance, efficiency, and reliability.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in building production backend systems, proficient in Scala or Java, and comfortable with Python.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.
Experience with CI/CD practices and AI fluency, particularly with coding agents.
Excellent problem-solving skills, ownership mentality, and a genuine learning habit.
