Description:

• Affirm is seeking a Software Engineer II with strong experience in test automation to enhance Developer Productivity, focusing on Test Platform Engineering.
• The role involves building and maintaining testing frameworks, optimizing test orchestration, and improving CI pipelines to support engineering productivity.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in test automation.
• Proficient in TypeScript and Python, with hands-on experience in Playwright and Pytest.
• Experience in building and optimizing CI pipelines, Docker, and AWS.
• Strong background in quality assurance and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in asynchronous communication methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• East Coast location preferred for collaboration with European colleagues.
