Description:

• Join WellTheory as an Implementations Engineer in a fully-remote role, focusing on building insurance and data infrastructure for autoimmune health solutions.
• Collaborate with partners to implement systems quickly and reliably, making foundational technical decisions in a small, generalist team.

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of experience as a software engineer with strong fundamentals.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, Node, Postgres, and GCP (not all required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in documentation.
• Customer-centric mindset and experience in early-stage product development.
• Ability to build and maintain robust systems in a production environment.
• Empathy for the autoimmune experience and a beginner's mindset.
