What You Will Do
Review, assess, and action user-generated content reported on the social media platform in Spanish, ensuring full compliance with community guidelines and platform policies. Identify, investigate, and escalate potentially harmful, abusive, or policy-violating content including hate speech, misinformation, graphic material, and spam across social media channels.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish language skills (both spoken and written)
- Valid EU passport
- Previous experience in content moderation, trust and safety operations, digital investigations, or a related field within the social media or technology industry
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms, online community behaviour, and digital communication trends across Spanish-speaking audiences
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- High level of resilience, emotional intelligence, and professional objectivity when handling sensitive, distressing, or graphic content
- Good working knowledge of English to facilitate team communication, reporting, and internal collaboration
