Description:

• The Sr. Data Quality Analyst supports the Data Foundry team by testing and implementing advanced reporting and analytics tools.
• Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data quality frameworks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness across multiple domains.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Data Quality Engineering with a focus on automation and frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL for data profiling, reconciliation, and validation.
• Experience with automated data quality frameworks in ETL/ELT workflows.
• 3+ years of experience in a Snowflake environment supporting large-scale data pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a matrix management environment.
• Advanced experience leveraging AI for data validation and pipelines.
• Knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards.
• Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical standards.

Benefits:

• Salary range of $127,000 to $150,000, plus an annual bonus targeted at 15%.
