Description:
- Lead and grow the AI/ML Engineering team, managing core AI/ML platform development.
- Collaborate with the Chief AI Officer and Product Manager on product strategy and execution.
- Ensure reliability, observability, and performance of AI/ML systems in production.
Requirements:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years managing teams of 8+ engineers with hands-on technical leadership.
- 8+ years in backend services, with 3+ years in AI/ML production-grade services.
- Proficient in Java, Scala, Rust, or similar backend languages, plus Python.
- Strong understanding of productizing ML/AI platforms and data science concepts.
