Description:

• Lead the Security organization at Zapier, with potential growth to Chief Security Officer.
• Set and deliver the security strategy for an AI-native SaaS platform, ensuring security is a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading security teams in SaaS product companies with modern tech stacks.
• Deep expertise in at least one security discipline (e.g., Application Security, Infrastructure Security).
• Strong understanding of AI's impact on security and the ability to guide product and engineering teams.
• Excellent change management skills and ability to influence across the organization.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Experience in risk management and incident response, with a focus on detection and remediation.
• Ability to develop and deliver a multi-year security vision aligned with company strategy.
