Role Overview

The Senior Technical Delivery Manager (Federal) is a leader responsible for orchestrating end-to-end delivery across WWT's full portfolio of services. This role ensures operational excellence, drives measurable business outcomes, and serves as the executive point of accountability for delivery quality, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and growth enablement within our largest and most strategic accounts.

What You Will Do

Provide end-to-end oversight of complex, multi-tower programs spanning infrastructure modernization, multi-cloud architecture, security architecture, application development, digital workspace, automation, and platform engineering. Lead internal and external executive governance, steering committees, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance
  • 15+ years leading complex Federal IT programs
  • Executive presence with experience influencing General Officers, SES leaders, CIOs, and senior government stakeholders
  • Proven success delivering complex infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or application modernization initiatives in DoD environments
  • Deep understanding of Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Fundamental understanding of key DoW operational cybersecurity relationships and processes
  • Fundamental understanding of key DoW mission enablers
  • Demonstrated financial acumen including P&L ownership, forecasting, commercial management, and DoW financial planning processes, procedures and timelines
  • Experience leading large, matrixed teams across consulting, engineering, and operations, or similar complex DoD environment
