Asa Senior ManagerTechnicalService&Development, you will play a key role in driving innovation, customer success, and business growth within Arxada’s Paints & Coatings segment. Actingasatrustedtechnicalleader,youwillworkcloselywithcustomers,commercialteams,andglobalR&Dpartnerstodevelopdifferentiatedmicrobialcontrolsolutions,supportstrategicgrowthinitiatives,anddelivervaluethroughtechnicalexcellence.
In this highly visible role, you will combine deep technical expertisewithcustomerengagement,leadinginnovationprojectsfromconcepttocommercialization.Youwillhelpshapeproductstrategy,developintellectualproperty,provideindustryleadership,andcreatesolutionsthataddressevolvingcustomerandmarketneeds.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor'sorMaster'sdegreeinChemicalSciences,BiologicalSciences,Chemistry,ChemicalEngineering,orarelatedscientificdiscipline
- 5–10yearsoftechnicalexperiencewithademonstratedtrackrecordofscientificexcellence,innovativeproblem-solving,anddeliveryofbusinessresults
- Strongexpertiseinpaintformulation,coatingsapplications,andmicrobialcontroltechnologies
- Provenabilitytotranslatetechnicalconceptsintocommercialopportunitiesandcustomer-focusedsolutions
- Experiencemanagingcustomerprojects,technicalprograms,andcross-functionalinitiatives
- Strongcommunication,presentation,influencing,andstakeholdermanagementskills
- Demonstratedexperiencebuildingcustomerrelationshipsanddeliveringmeasurablebusinessimpactthroughtechnicalsolutions
