Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in building and operating production data systems and deploying LLMs at scale.
• Deep experience with Python, modern service architectures, and strong system design fundamentals.
• Extensive experience in training and deploying machine learning models, especially in NLP/LLM.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities with a focus on outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to mentor team members.
