Description:
- Join SoSafe as a Staff IT Engineer to lead automation and AI-native transformation in a fast-growing SaaS company.
- Architect and build a toolchain that integrates traditional automation tools with AI-driven design to enhance IT and Security operations.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Staff or Principal Engineer in a cloud-native hypergrowth SaaS environment.
- Hands-on coding experience, preferably in platform or SRE teams, with a focus on building robust automated workflows.
- Proven track record of successful AI-native adoption and deep technical mastery in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
