Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in Ruby on Rails or Python, PostgreSQL, TypeScript/JavaScript, and AWS; proven system design experience.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
