Description:

Lead the technical evolution of the Home feature in the Neon app, focusing on user experience personalization and high availability.
Serve as a technical reference for the team, influencing engineering practices and architecture.

Requirements:

Proven experience in native Android development using Kotlin.
Deep knowledge of modern Android ecosystem (Jetpack Compose, Hilt, Navigation, Room, Coroutines, Flow).
Strong understanding of high-performance architectures (Clean Architecture, MVVM, MVI, SOLID principles).
Experience with monitoring tools (Firebase, Mixpanel) and CI/CD practices.
Excellent communication skills for facilitating technical discussions in agile environments.
