Description:

Seeking a Staff or Senior Desktop Application Engineer to design and implement an AI-powered IT self-service chat agent for Windows and macOS.
Role involves setting technical direction, influencing design decisions, and ensuring performance and reliability for a global application.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in desktop application engineering, with a focus on native applications for Windows and macOS.
Proficient in Rust and/or C++, with experience in cross-platform development; familiarity with Tauri is a plus.
Strong knowledge of OS APIs, application distribution lifecycle, and performance profiling.
Exceptional communication skills and a track record of mentoring engineering teams.
