• Lead the Sustaining Engineering Team, responsible for triaging and resolving complex technical issues.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Software Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Tier 3 Support Engineering.
• Proven experience managing high-pressure situations and critical customer escalations.
• Deep expertise in issue tracking workflows (Jira), version control (GitHub), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Savvy in using AI for incident detection and triaging.
