Description:

• Lead a small, high-performing team of engineers while remaining a hands-on contributor.
• Accountable for team delivery, health, and growth, partnering closely with Product and Design.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, focusing on full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 1+ year of direct team leadership experience managing a small engineering team (2+ people).
• Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend patterns.
• Strong experience with Node.js, including GraphQL schema design.
• Advanced TypeScript proficiency, comfortable with complex types and generics.
• Ability to facilitate team decisions and drive alignment.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Active use of AI coding assistants for development and debugging.
• Strong communication skills in English, comfortable in a remote, cross-timezone team.
