Description:
- Lead the core application architecture connecting AI systems to user experiences.
- Responsible for design, reliability, and evolution of backend services, APIs, and client integrations.
- Hands-on leadership role with a focus on code and architectural decisions.
- 100% Remote position.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in leading application or product engineering for complex systems.
- Required experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Strong background in building and shipping production backend systems.
- Experience with AI-powered products and model integration trade-offs.
- Excellent system design skills across services, APIs, clients, and data flows.
- Comfort operating across platforms (backend, mobile, desktop).
- Proven ability to make impactful technical decisions under ambiguity.
- Strong bias towards shipping, iteration, and learning from real-world usage.
