Location
Rapid City, South Dakota, with flexible in-office, hybrid, or fully remote options for the right attorney licensed in South Dakota.
Note
This role requires active South Dakota Bar licensure and at least 2 years of directly relevant transactional law experience.

Job Description
- Handle a broad range of transactional matters including estate planning, probate, trusts, business formation, and real estate transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and governing documents
- Advise individuals and businesses on legal strategy and risk management
- Manage matters independently while collaborating with attorneys and support staff
- Build trusted client relationships and contribute to firm growth
- Participate in shaping practice direction and long-term opportunities within the firm
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in South Dakota
- 2+ years of transactional law experience
- Strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
- Client-focused mindset with sound judgment
