Description:
- Join Software Mind as a Senior DevOps Engineer (L3/L4) in a growing Platform Engineering team.
- Provide customer-oriented support for internal engineering teams, troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and deployment issues.
- Proactively identify problems, automate tasks, and improve the developer experience while contributing to cloud strategy and AWS-based systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, Platform, or Cloud Engineering (7+ years for L4).
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, IAM, etc.) and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Proficient in Python and Bash scripting, with experience in Linux environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be able to work Central or Eastern US business hours with reliable internet for remote collaboration.
